Our pricing is transparent…
We work on a hybrid of Retainer, expense reimbursement and success fee.
This is non-negotiable and is non-refundable! There are no refunds if either the search is unsuccessful or if a successful candidate leaves your employ, for whatever reason and whenever that occurs.
Retainer
USD 35,000 per month
Covering all of the effort to find the right candidates for the long list and subsequent vetting and background checks for the short list and final selection.
The an initial two months retainer is charged as an advance payment with subsequent months months billed monthly in advance.
Our minimum retainer is four months as this has proven to be the optimum time needed to generate a qualified long list.
Note that specialized searches can take up to 12 months to conclude.
Expenses
Actual Cost plus 10%
Expenses charged include the actual costs of any travel, accommodation, subsistence, third party services for certain background checks or other miscellaneous expenses as incurred.
You can book and pay for these additional expenses yourself, but if we are to pay for these expenses ourselves we apply an administration fee of 10%.
It should be noted that all travel is First Class, all hotels are five star and subsistence (covering food, laundry etc.) is charged at the rate of USD 250 per day.
Success Fee
10% of average annual remuneration
Once we have found the right candidate for you, we charge a success fee based on their overall cash equivalent remuneration package.
We project with you the average total remuneration that the individual will receive over three years, including successfully achieving STI, LTI criteria (KPIs) and other perquisites, and charge 10% of this.
Note that this applies for three years after the search exercise has concluded, so if you employ any of the candidates presented from shortlist stage (Stage 6) then the success fee will apply.
