A – Initial Scoping
(1) we work with you to define your requirements (job role definition, person specification, KPIs etc)
(2) we explore with you the ideal candidates, which may even be a particular individual
B – The Search
(3) we identify other potential candidates that would meet your requirements and undertake initial background checks, covering career, personal, financial and criminal
C – The Short List
(4) we present you with a longlist of candidates who meet both your requirements and have passed the initial background checks
(5) we review and discuss with you each of the candidates on the longlist and together develop a shortlist
D – The Final Candidates
(6) for this shortlist, we undertake further, more detailed and in-depth background checks of each candidate
(7) once again we review and discuss the results of the background checks and identify a final shortlist of a maximum of three candidates whom we would approach more formally

It is important to note that up to this stage (Stage 7), whilst candidates may have been contacted to ascertain their willingness to change role. none would have been appraised of the specific details of the employer, role or remuneration
E – In-Depth Candidate Discussions
(8) following this final shortlisting stage, each of the candidates is contacted, asked to sign an NDA and the full details of the role and company etc. are discussed with them

During this stage of the process (Stage 8), we determine what it would take to entice the individual to move on to a new role, including hard metrics (such as remuneration package, STIP and LTIP) and softer metrics (such as physical location, schooling for children and PTO etc.).
F – The Final Selection
(9) Finally, candidates enter into the normal process of meetings and discussions with you and your team, which should ultimately conclude with onboarding
